Not Shaken, But Forever Stable

It’s hard to sometimes imagine what we can’t fathom. But Christ told us to seek ye first the Kingdom of God. Not the Heavens by themselves. But a place where we would be with Him.

Forever.

Take courage my friend. There is Someone much more greater than this world out there.

His plan, and His kingdom are unshakeable.

When we hold onto Him, we too, are anchored beside Him. ❤

(NIV) Hebrews 12:28, “Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom that cannot be shaken, let us be thankful, and so worship God acceptably with reverence and awe.”

Are you ready to give thanks?

How do you give thanks to God?

  1. I give thanks every day when I pray in the morning and at night. Sometimes it’s hard to find things to be thankful for, but hey, I have a warm home, a family who loves me, and an amazing Creator. What more could I ask for, really?

    1. You got it!!! Blessings can come in some of the smallest things we take for granted. Toothpaste, clean water, internet, a sunny day. I was just thinking last night about the wonderful community He has let me be a part of in blogging. 🙂

  2. I am in the habit of thanking God for my blessings each night before I go to sleep–no prayer requests at that time, just praises. Reflecting on his goodness puts things into a proper perspective and settles my mind and heart.

  3. So true! Amen! His Kingdom is unshakable! Thank you Jesus! I thank God in my prayers, my worship, my praise, singing. I thank him through my thoughts daily. I just truly thank him FOR BEING GOD! 🙏🙏🙏

  4. Amen! I thank Him as soon as I wake up on mornings, throughout the day, before I sleep, I thank Him in my prayers, through my writing, and while talking to others. I thank Him for everything, both little and big.

  5. I am thankful for people like T.R. Noble who love Jesus and who share his love, grace, mercy, power, righteousness, holiness, compassion, forgiveness, and kindness with us, and for the many people who have responded here to share with us how they give thanks to God. I was very encouraged by all the responses here, so far. Sometimes I forget to be as thankful as I should be. It isn’t that I am not thankful, but that I don’t express it as often as I should, so this speaks to my heart. Never to old to learn! Sue Love
