Christian Blogging Community

Community Spotlight | December ’18

Well, this is it! This completes a full year of Community Spotlights from 2018! I tried to write my posts ahead of schedule before visiting family and I found I was successful (the month was pretty much ready by the middle of December). Which then allowed me time to try to catch up with you all. ❤

I didn’t post as many this month because I stayed away from the computer and posting once I was with family. But if you are looking for more post and blogger selections check out my Quotes From YOU every quote I shared is connected to the post the blogger wrote.

(NEW BLOGGER SPOTLIGHT)Beautifully RewrittenEven At Your Worst, God Will Never Leave You– This post is all about how God reached out to her during a rough year. How despite trials and falling away He still showed her love and guided her. The times she struggled and the times God provided the church body to be encouraging to her. Please welcome this new blogger in the community 🙂

Your Mercies NewThe Greatest Of These Is Love – Holly wrote a really beautiful post for moms who always doubt themselves. If you need a pick me up, and a reminder that no one is perfect, dive right in!

Seeing Struggles Through The Lens Of Faith“What if strength is always born from sorrow?” This is a question left by a pastor at her church. Holly shares two sermons spoken by this pastor how it affected her. They centered around Jacob. Holly uses these sermons to share how she doubts her blog and how God will use it. But through these sermons, she is reminded of how God can use ANYTHING and ANYONE!

Retrospective LilyAngels: Their Role In Christianity – Lily covers what angels are using scripture. She did a series on angels for Christmas. I really like her thoroughness and clarity against worldly thoughts.

BeehopperEscaping The Grasp Of Hell- Ministers and those who performed miracles in Hell? Yes! If we do not know Him, we will be eternally separated from Him! This is a powerful reminder of what truly matters!

Refreshing SpiritLessons From A Sociopath– Olivia shares how hearing the testimony of someone who has antisocial personality disorder affected her.

Little Miss Encourager- The Fruit We Eat Are The Ones We Bear- Powerful reminder that what we expose ourselves to in our life will reflect itself.

Heather Davis- Gentlemanly Disagreement– Heather brings up a really great point that we argue as Christians a lot. STOP IT! We need to stop it and be more encouraging toward each other. This is a great post and it needs some attention 🙂 so if you haven’t seen it yet, check it out.

The Buttercup LambWhen You Dont Want To Do Christmas Because You Are Broken– Rachel wrote this very relatable post on how God is with us in the hard times.

Growing Through SomethingLet Go And Let God– Kiki shares how God showed her through the stress of college how He was in control and not her.

    1. ❤ you're so sweet, thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad I can put the spotlight on others and grateful God has taught me a lot about serving others and making sure things are not always about us.
